I specialize in various aspects of real estate, including residential resale, new construction, new development, farm, land, and lots, remodeling for resale, investment property, property management, probate and estate sales, 1031 exchanges, retroactive valuations, distressed properties, and wholesale property acquisition.

With certifications as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), I've been named one of the "Best Real Estate Agents" in the U.S. by RealTrends.

Growing up on a cattle farm in Spring Hill, TN, I learned the value of hard work and integrity. Counting cows with my grandfather are cherished memories from my childhood.

From gardening to fishing, from raising horses, pigs, chickens, and cows to enduring hot summer nights without AC and cozying up by the wood-burning stove in winter, farm life shaped my appreciation for the land and its opportunities.

Real estate is in my blood. My parents established a boutique realty office in the 1980s, coinciding with the transformative Saturn (GM) Plant announcement.

Since then, I've witnessed Middle TN evolve, and I've been fortunate to serve thousands of families across every county in Middle Tennessee.

Earning the CRS designation and being recognized as one of the nation's top real estate agents are highlights of my career. I'm also honored to be Ramsey Trusted Pro and listed as a trusted real estate agent by radio personality Glenn Beck.
