251 acres of prime recreational property convenient to Huntsville and Nashville roughly 1 hour away! Great mix of established food plots and mature timber with great topography. Numerous build sites near the pond for your dream home or weekend hunting cabin with power and county water already available. There is an older mobile home on the property that could be remodeled, but no value has been attached and being sold as is. Seller is willing to move it off the property at the buyers request, and at the sellers expense with a full price offer. Further up the hollow you'll find a natural spring that is protected by a man made spring house, and feeds in to a holding tank that's piped down to the home site as back up water. Loaded with deer and turkey! This is a portion of a larger tract, and final acreage to be determined by survey at sellers expense once under contract. Taxes will be adjusted at recording. Buyer or buyers agent to verify all pertinent info.
